I was having a hard time dealing with a few things so I decided to write a letter to myself (who better understands exactly what I’m feeling?) and then art over it. There was so much I had to tell myself that I ended up with four pages of writing!! I let the Art take over and this is the end result. It was very therapeutic and didn’t give me a “charge” when I thought about it afterwards. Cheap therapy, right?
The week ended with my son as the focus. It was his birthday. A very productive week.
