The Chamber wins again!! Atiq’s focus on customer service training has paid off. His department wins Customer Service and Employee satisfaction for 2010 for the second year running. (Read the article here . Pictures from last year here)
When Atiq and the others went on stage to receive the award, the camera panned out showing the Chamber staff giving them a standing ovation. Happy smiles all around. They’re the ones who made this award possible. They helped achieve scores of 89.7% Customer Satisfaction and 85.3% for Employee Satisfaction categories. Highest scores of the award’s 14-year history. Sheikh Mohammed commented that it’s good that the Chamber is consistent in providing good customer service. Atiq told him that his strategy is to look ahead, move forward and improve.
That’s a good life motto.
